![]() During her employment days, she lovingly prepared meals for the students at Cumberland County High School and Homestead Elementary School. Elizabeth, in addition to being a wife, mother and homemaker, was employed by the Cumberland County School System. The Inman family, through hard work and dedication to the Homestead Project, created a loving home on Huckleberry Lane. Families with a reputation for being hardworking, honest, and good citizens The family was living in Harriman when Ed was one of the first 25 men chosen to receive a Homestead site as part of the Cumberland Homesteads Project. She was a wonderful woman who was dedicated to her family, friends, and community throughout her life. ![]() Their union was blessed with eight children, 21 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. 25, 1929, she married Ed Inman, to whom she was a faithful and loving wife for 57 years. 25, 1912, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Hamby in Morgan County. Inman (Lizzie as many affectionately called her) was born Aug. 24, with interment at Green Acres Memory Gardens. 19, 2006, after a short hospital stay while visiting her daughter in San Antonio, TX. ![]() INMAN, ELIZABETH HAMBY, 93, of the Homestead community, passed away Jan.
